Refund Policy
We want you to love what you order — no bitterness, no aftertaste. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
📦 Returns
We accept returns on unused, unworn items (merchandise only) within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Coffee and perishable goods, unfortunately, can’t be returned — once it’s ground or brewed, it’s yours.
To start a return, drop us a message at returns@redhillcfe.com with your order number. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — no one likes mystery parcels.
💸 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If so, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank speed dependent — we don’t control the matrix).
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where items are not returned in their original condition.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size? We’re happy to help — just reach out and we’ll get things sorted. You cover the return postage, we’ll cover the good vibes.
