Who’s it for? Everyone. All ages, all fitness levels, all motivations

The Red Hill Run Club is a community running group that meets every Sunday morning in Bryncoch. We’re not about race times or rankings — we’re about showing up, moving your body, and finishing with a coffee in hand.

Whether you’re training for a marathon or you just want to walk with a few good people and earn your brew, this is for you. All paces, all faces, always welcome.

Some Sundays we have a crowd — like 70+ runners on Boxing Day. Other times it’s just four of us on a misty autumn morning. Either way, the coffee’s on, and the hill is waiting.

This run club has become a big part of Red Hill's story. It’s more than a fitness thing — it’s about ritual, routine, and real connection. The route changes slightly each week, but it’s always around 5–6K and always includes at least one hill (we’d be lying if we said otherwise). You’ll start and finish at Red Hill, where a free batch brew and a Welsh cake are waiting for you — our way of saying thanks for showing up.

There’s no sign-up, no cost, and no pressure.

Just bring your trainers and your best Sunday energy.

Run the hill. Earn the day. Join the crew.
